By doing this you open up your HTC One to a vast quantity of new apps and tweaks you can use to truly make your phone One of a kind. As softModders, the first thing we do after updating to the newest version of Android is to root, install a custom recovery, and install a superuser app.
- hard reboot (which isn't a hard reset - you won't loose data) Press and hold the POWER and VOLUME UP buttons for at least 10 seconds. HTC One then restarts. If that doesn't work, you can try booting into recovery: Press and hold the VOLUME DOWN button, and then press and hold the POWER button.
If I enter the bootloader menu with PWR and Volume down, the menu is appear, I can use the buttons up and down, but if I start the recovery mode, the phone shows the HTC logo with black background and it stucks here, so I cannot enter the recovery mode, therefore I cannot conduct factory reset and any of command in it.
Turn the HTC U11 off (it might already be turned off). Press the Power button to turn it on. When the HTC logo displays on the screen, let go of the Power key and immediately press and hold the fTdgU.
